Borderlands to Receive Tweaks and Lvl Cap Increase

According to a Facebook post, and from a panel interview, Borderlands will be receiving a level cap increase from 61 to 69. Developers also mentioned tweaks (along with the cap increase) in a patch coming around this October. Perhaps they are fixing the scaling issue?
