Bed, as it normally appears. Finally got some of my long lost artwork back up on the wall.

My katana, back where it belongs. Also have my daimyo set that I got from a good friend that I keep around.

1/100 [MG] Zeta plus C1 (Part II)

Working on the Zeta C1. There are a lot of trees- about 16 in total. Part I of the assembly process requires assembling parts of general monocolor, then working and sanding them and additional parts. After I have taken them as far as they can go, they will go into paint.

Recooperating from the Loss

So now I am going through what has survived the move, what needs work, and what is garbage. Most things survived with moderate to light damage. The 1/350 Yamato survived the best out of all of the models moved. Yamato in Japanese means "strength".

The SDKFZ is totally trashed, along with the diorama I was working on. That project cost me $45-$50 USD.

Mighty Mo took moderate damage. Guns are missing, platforms are missing, turrets were missing, and part of the superstructure broke off. I can repair it fairly easily, but it will take some time. The USS New Jersey is trashed, so I am (yes) harvesting 5 inch turrets off of it for use on the Missouri.

The Yamato survived the 800 mile move mostly unscathed. A few loose turrets here and there.

The Merkava and the Bulldog survived with little damage, as did most of my other 1/35 vehicles, most of them incomplete.

The M3 Lee and the Jeep are easy finishers: they require a few more parts, painting, and they are done. The Panzer MK II also just needs paint and it is finished. I need to find the boxes and complete the kits. They can literally be finished in two days of work, each.

Working on the Sega Genesis after it refused to work. The problem isn't the Genesis- it's the RF cable that fried. Getting an Y/W/R replacement.
