Tactical mastery- we get a cost 2 instant that forces heroes opposing heroes and allies to attack this turn if able. That would mean you need to play it during the opponent's turn. When a combat is proposed, you can change the proposed defender. I'd like to see this card in practice before I make a judgement on it, but I would run a classic combo of Tactical Mastery + Saurfang the Younger.
