Now THIS is a nice card. Attach it to an ally- and if it is dealt damage- you deal it to the boss too. This might complicate a few things because in Ulduar some fights include more than one boss. In that case, I should make it clear that the warlock in this case picks the destination for the damage. If you run a destruction warlock, you'd be crazy not to play this. When that ally is destroyed, Havoc jumps back into your hand for... well... more havoc. I expect this card to be worth some monetary value.

Reign of Fire: Havoc
