Some VGChartz Members "Upset" With Nintendo Targeting the Younger Generation

It seems that some members over on VGChartz do not like Nintendo's current game plan. Work on flagships, innovate consoles, etc. They feel "sad" and "disappointed" that Nintendo is not targeting adult gamers, and that "those who put Nintendo on the block in the 80s feel under-appreciated". Instead, they insult current flagships, such as relating Zelda: Skyward Sword to a high school drama.

Sometimes gamers "move on" with their preferences. Nintendo caters to the young at heart, but they really try to have games for all ages. If you want games made for adults, go play another console brand.

Although I certainly am not, are you disgusted with Nintendo? What have they done wrong? Why do you feel this way? If you do, consider the numerous "alternatives". Nintendo isn't for everybody.
