Philanthropy

Philanthropy is always something I have looked at in my spare time. Philanthropy is the act of community service/charitable work for the greater good of the community. Why dedicate my time to community service? It feels good to help out other people, but more importantly to me, it makes a difference and can be an opportunity to teach positive values in children and others. My interest in Philanthropy has no religious grounds.

There is an opportunity coming around that can let me work on community service- and for a minute I felt selfish for using our club on campus for charitable work. I took a double take and thought "nah, this is what some people would like to do anyways, AND we need to meet a commitment to community involvement.

I have three things up for vote. I am also open to adding more ideas to the community service box. We have three right now open for AGRO: (Anime, Gaming and Roleplaying Organization)
