The United States Air Force is developing an ultra sonic cruise missile that can arrive anywhere in the world within 60 to 90 minutes (SCRAM technology, no pun intended). It sounds like a very promising technology, however what has been done in regards to radar detection? The only... moving part is a pump (??0_0), and I am sure the rest of the specs are classified.
Apparantly you can "fire anything you want with it". So many think it could be used as a Nuclear Weapon, but I kind of see things the opposite. If a rogue state is about to fire a nuclear warhead, and you have the gps location of that launchpad, and you can take care of the problem within 90 minutes... well there you go.
