I know this is an "odd" post however I spotted my roommate the other day playing this game. I told him "You are not playing what I think you are playing?" and he was. Battleship! This game is a classic and I can let the review speak for itself. Reviewed by myself.

Brings back memories - I remember cheating when I was a kid ^^;
Cheating? Oh you mean the original board game I think ^^ Shame on you it is all about strategy! Play the electronic version: No matter where you place your fleet the computer logs exactly where each ship is by a predetermined grid: so if you look at your attack grid at the end of the game and compare it to your opponents fleet: they should be totally different. That prevents cheating =p
Even the electronic game is awesome: it is 1997 technology and during that time they started to get LAN games into play. My roommate and I play it all the time: Although there is no co-op we work together against the PC: it is a lot of fun! The other day they ganged up on us and we were almost screwed: my roommate lost his submarine fleet and me my aircraft carrier fleet.
The game is a lot of fun ^^.
