Blinding Word is a lot like hammer of justice, except you don't draw the card. It's instant, and in PVP this card will be a pain in the butt- and a little costly. For automated raids that don't "play" cards, this card is pretty much useless. For older raids- this could be handy when the heat is being turned on full throttle on the raiders.
