Alter Bridge

Alter Bridge is a band that formed in 2004 by former Creed members tired of issues going on within that band. The band essentially went under a new name (at first) and hired Miles Kennedy as the lead singer. Soon though, things began to change in the AB camp. This new band would be unique in its own sound and would allow some of the best music playing to flourish from any of the four band members.

Alter Bridge can be deemed as either heavy rock or alternative metal, but I widely consider most of it metal. They have had three very successful albums, each getting better with time. AB is heavy at times, but melodic. This is my opinion here- and opinions on music are like opinions on everything else- there is no general consensus among all peoples- only the fans.
