United States Constitution
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States,
shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason,
Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
Effective immediately, I call on legislators, watch dog groups and private citizens to file suit against every elected politician who voted for the violation of the 2nd Amendment by violating the citizens of New York rights to keep and bear commonly used firearms, now dubbed "assault weapons". The new draconian laws ban 80% of commonly used firearms today.
Registration of said firearms breaks the law set forth in the Obamacare act and violates the Constitution by undermining the right to keep and bear arms.
The individuals who voted "aye" on this legislation are traitors to the United States of America under the high crime of violating the US Constitution in an attempt to usurp their political agendas over it. These people should be thrown out of office effective when the law is signed into office.
