Hobbies

I have a variety of healthy hobbies. Sometimes I pan between a couple, and a couple I follow very closely. Here is what I am into:

Primary Hobbies
Reading- I love reading. I very rarely read fiction though- I prefer books on science or books with analysis. Ever since I got my Kindle, I have been reading more books than ever before. Kindle manages the collection for me- and the Kindle is easy to carry around. I love the gizmo! Well worth investing in if you like to read.
Video Games- I like video games. I have played them since the age of 3 when I had an NES. I play everything.
Retro Gaming- I like the classics. Retro gaming is more than just the experience of old games- it is maintaining and collecting retro consoles and cartridges to preserve and enjoy them as a collectible, interactive media.

Secondary Hobbies (On the backburner)
Kite Flying- I enjoy kite flying. I fly my kites to enjoy the beautiful weather.
World of Warcraft TCG- Since leaving college, this has taken a back seat until I figure out what I want to do with my life.
NERF- Since leaving college, this has taken a back seat until I figure out what I want to do. Not very many options for NERF. Even if I wanted to do airsoft, Chicago is NOT airsoft friendly. Airsoft is also expensive.
Plastic Model Building- This one has also taken a back seat until I figure out what I am doing with life- and how to store my work.

Tertiary Hobbies (Does Tertiary mean "thirdly?")
Walking- Walking is OK, but it is enhanced by the experience of nice parks and preserves.
