Not Fulfilled By Amazon: Broken Promises

Amazon Prime is a sham. When we signed up for the service we were guaranteed delivery within two business days. President's Day for UPS is considered a business day. I am a reasonable guy. We had a major snowstorm four days ago and the roads are clear. I expect their to be delays with the weather and all, but when I am guaranteed something I expect the product to be there the day it is promised.

It was not. Realistically it's not my problem that packages are late by a matter of four days. However- again- when I am guaranteed something, and it does not happen, that is false advertising.
