Well, back to business as usual. The FCC has taken an open invitation from the courts to rewrite (reclassify) ISPs and clump them in with phoneline providers- making it impossible for ISPs to discriminate traffic and throttle users.
Good job Mr. Wheeler. For once, someone in the government is doing their f****** job.
