1/100 Wing Gundam on Halt; Airbrush Broken

Here is an update video from a couple of days ago. When I got down to the shop this morning I noticed that the needle chuck in my airbrush was crooked. I tried removing it and it was jammed. This is where I began repeating the "F" word. I couldn't get it out, and had to use pliers. The collet part that grasps onto the needle is damaged, and I cannot fit the needle through it. This means I will have to order another part and cease work on the Wing Gundam at this point. I'm not too happy about it, and I am hoping the part ships quickly from TCP global.

To at least do SOMETHING, I began working on Heavyarms. I got some of the inner frame done, and I am quite impressed by the design. The joints are a little stiff, but that's good I suppose. To be fair, I won't use today as the start date for Heavyarms. When I do start, I'll add that time, and whatever other work I do- to a day before the start date to call it even.

As for Master Grade Wing Gundam, 34 hours of work has been done to him in 33 days, averaging about 1 hour a day, which is a little slow for me. If it weren't for that needle sitting issue, I may be farther ahead. Alas, Master Grades take a long time to assemble and paint like a pro, and I have been considering building more High Grades (HG) and Real Grades (RG), which are both 1/144, because they offer fewer pieces, which means less painting time.

Some of the 1/144's out there are fantastic. I had bad experiences with them because I always bought non-grades as a kid, not knowing what I was getting into. Today, I know better.
