The CIA's main website is currently out of service following a tweet that Lulzsec confirmed it had shut down a government website. No doubt law enforcement and intelligence personell will want to talk with Lulzsec. It was likely a very simple Ddos attack, and the CIA will probably claim that no internal servers were breached for sensitive information.
"We don't like the US government very much. Their boats are weak, their lulz are low, and their sites aren't very secure. In an attempt to help them fix their issues, we've decided to donate additional lulz in the form of owning them some more!""
