Every once in a while, the media offers something other than political hoo-hah. I was browsing around and found this article from Fox News. A French Architect has been doin research in Paris, and has offered a theory of how the great pyramids were built. According to his theory, Jean-Pierre Houdin claims the Egyptians used a ramp for the first 140 feet, then built a spiraling column up. Since the Pyramids are hollow on the inside, it is impossible to build on top of the base. For hundreds of years, these engineering marvels (The Great Pyramids) have been a baffling mystery as to how they were constructed, because those clever Egyptians did not leave behind any evidence as to how they built them.
